Vision...
Our goal was to establish a Virginia 501c3 non-profit youth development organization creating opportunities for youth to learn, participate and compete in outdoor sports and recreation programs including but not limited to archery, the shooting sports, hiking, camping and fishing.
The founders are experienced in these non-traditional sports and activities and felt there was plenty of opportunity for a quality organization focused on getting more youth interested in the outdoors.

Everyone is unique. Everyone is special. TAASAR Group believes it's success is dependent on the experience of the youth that we have the opportunity to work with. We seek people who are trained, certified and enthusiastic about each program, to lead instruction and developmental efforts to provide the best experience possible to the youth and parents. By creating great experiences and positive atmospheres, the youth of today are more likely to return and help provide these experiences for the youth of tomorrow!
